Cancelling an Offer

Cancelling an offer

Any offer can be cancelled in the following situations:

  • Before offer acceptance by Creators, an offer can be rejected by the Creator or withdrawn by the Brand, which will cause it to be cancelled. If an offer is cancelled before its acceptance, then there is no fee charged.

  • After accepting, Brands can no longer withdraw an offer, however Creators can still cancel an offer at any time (unless it is already cancelled, expired or complete). This will refund the full offer value back to the Brand, minus the flat fee. The flat fee covers any gas or API fees incurred by Tunnl.
