Recognizing the potential for edge cases, we've implemented a manual dispute resolution process. If either the Brand or Creator believes the AI verification output is incorrect, they can contact Tunnl within 24 hours of post submission to request a manual review here.

The Process

  1. If a Brand or Creator believes the AI verification output is incorrect, they can request a manual review within 24 hours of post submission using our dispute resolution form.

    • If more than 24 hours has passed, users may still raise a dispute and the Tunnl team will still try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, submitting a dispute within 24 hours of post submission guarantees the Tunnl team will have time to manually review the dispute before the offer concludes.

  2. Our team initiates a thorough investigation, considering all relevant factors and may communicate with both parties to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the situation.

  3. Based on this careful review, a determination is made regarding the verification status.

  4. The result is then securely recorded on-chain, maintaining the integrity and transparency of our system.
