Withdrawing an Offer

How to withdraw an offer?

After creating of an offer on Tunnl, Brands still have the option to withdraw an offer, which renders it cancelled.

Note that after a Creator accepts an offer, it cannot be withdrawn by the Brand and can only be cancelled by the Creator.

To withdraw an offer, follow these steps:

• Click on the offer you wish to withdraw from the home page

• Click on "Withdraw offer" button near the bottom of the offer page

• Confirm withdrawal by clicking on the button "Withdraw offer" again on the popup

On successful withdrawal, you should receive a confirmation message confirming the offer was successfully withdrawn.
